Welcome to the Good Karma Cabin!

Put your feet up, grab a beverage and give yourself permission to rest for a moment.

There is one rule at the cabin: come as you are. As you will soon see, we have our share of dinge and dings from life’s many twists and turns. We hope that sharing some of our experiences will entertain and inspire you, but if they simply serve as cautionary tales, well, that is alright too.

I will be sharing tidbits from:

  • our recent purchase and ongoing renovation of a small recreational cabin/property in Quebec

  • the journey that lead to this purchase (mainly the major transition I made in my late 40s and all that accompanied these changes)

  • my concept of Chi Pie and how this approach to energy management helped me to salvage my life and live with greater honesty about what was important to me.

Your time and energy are precious commodities so thank you for spending some time at the cabin! Drop by anytime.
